As above stated

Knackered my spring controller unit yesterday on my trolley!

Only had it since beginning of the year

Gutted!!!

Been tradding today

And probably be tradding for the next few days

Not nice especially when you got use to wfp!

Had a look online and none of them can get it out to me until next week

Any idea fellas where I can pick one up ASAP?

And recommendations for quality one?

Something which will last more than 9 months!!

Thanks in advance!

The most common reason for controller damage is reversed polarity. Following closely behind is water ingress into the electronics.

Spring supply the majority of suppliers with colours and badging to each suppliers requirements. So a PF controller will be the same as one supplied by Gardiners (are they still suppling controllers?) and Wintecs.

Spring controllers are good controllers.

If it's a spring then phone them or contact Ian Shepherd on facebook and ask how much to fix it

I smoked mine by accidentally shorting it

Took a pic of the burnt out component as it is designed to do that to protect the rest of the electronics

Think he said 30 quid to fix and return to me

Little too far to lend a spare one for a week then haha

Been running fine until now!

Actually thee only thing that’s happened I’d say in the last month or so is pressure drop on water flow!
So initially pump setting was on 35 and was giving a good flow of water and now I have to put it on 50 and even them seems low!
Checked pretty much everything
Strainer leaks battery
Can’t work that one out!
Any ideas fellas!
