Well chaps just a quick update for anyone that is interested on the job I quoted for at the beging of my post. I got that job booked in but the (asian) chap still tried to knock me down on price. Go figure
I can see I'm going to have fun with that one but at least I will have a good chance gaining more work in the area as most of the big properties I've seen need exterior cleaning. Needless to say any other quotes I do will not be so cheap /emoticons/biggrin.png
