Bearing in mind i lift a lot of weights at the gym i am now laying in a hot bath to ease the aching in my back and shoulders

Soon get conditioned to it i suppose

Good on you dave . As you know I bought a trolley system too set up . But know only after 3 weeks I have found I need a new light pole as mine is like holding some scaffolding

I have split my pole and only use the first few sections for normal houses and put it back together for bigger jobs

The rubber off my old harris pole is a perfect fit for an end protector

Not too heavy then

That's ok green i have one of these in my shed with a huge lamp on top for rabbiting too

Got my firearms certificate years ago so i am running47 foot lbs at the mo as opposed to the legal limit of 12 foot lbs

That'll sort the pigeons out
