Hot Water For Under £100

@Jake I tagged you Jake as this next update came to mind from another thread you started where you have got on the topic of hose reel spilling off the reel when using a motorised set up.

Now when I was just motorised I had no issues, once I went hot my hose kept falling off the sides all the time, I also noted that as the hose heated up it expanded and it kept pushing the two halves of the reel apart, this is where I am now at.

This is my reel in standard 'cold' mode with 100m 8mm minibore, you can see where there seems to be too much hose for the reel already.

As you can see within the first few meters my old hose is quite cracked and worn.

This is my 'fix' using several heavy zip ties to keep the two halves of the reel together when the hose expands with heat.

This is the hose (now shortened by 15 meters) whilst it is hot, as you can see it sits well below the 'lip' of the reel so I am guessing this will help prevent 'overspooling'

Also I have perhaps only 2 jobs a month where I need more than 50 meters of hose so on those two occasions I can just whip out the back pack and the loss of 15 meters of hose will not effect my daily operations in the least.

Hi green ive just ordered one of these, what comes with the boiler? Do i need my own gas pipe? And what about fittings for the boiler the gas and both water points? Yhanks in advance
