Here is my set up using pretty much the same kit as Green did.

You will hear me mention the pump not kicking in as it should. Ignore that comment please because what I meant to say was the gas was not kicking in!!!!

YW, but why is your tap so far down the hose? My inline tap is right at the end of my 8mm and connects to my pole hose.

I agree peter about the flow rate. Anything under 45 on my controller and sometimes the heater wont ignite. I find about 55 sorts it perfect

i checked with perry tait re my washit pro and they said 113f max but when i phoned the manufacturer they were horrified and said 95 max, the ro is apparently held together with glue that will melt causing catostrohic failure.

i run the customer tap to washit then to pump then to heater then to pole.

Errr??? Because I've got one of them little holster things to hold the tap on my belt. After that, there is a short length of hose then the next connection that actually connects the hose/reel/tap to the pole.........................................::AH! I see where you're going with this now!!!!!! :thinkerrrr!!! There no longer needs to be another connection, does there?!!!!!

Ah well, you live and learn don't you!

To be fair I'm a little inexperienced, I was under pressure and the light was failing fast!! Added to that the belly was grumbling and I could hear the beer in the fridge shouting me!!!!

I shall remove the offending extra connection forthwith /emoticons/smile.png

if you read the posts carefully you would see that the question asked was can you run the hot thru the ro and my response was no as it will melt the ro glue...at least in the case of the wash it ro filter.

No. I never have my water 'hot', but warm

If anything it might make the brushes last longer as they tend to glide over leads with warm water

I've got a workaround for that now. Have the flow as low as you like!!!

I am not saying it can not happen however, I was on Sunday doing my own windows when I noted on the kitchen window a good 'splodge' of hard water staining. (I hadn't noticed before as I rarely clean my own windows)

I decided to experiment and see if my steam cleaner would get it off so I got my machine set up. Now the outside temp was just 4degrees Sunday morning and my steamer puts out at 170 degrees so a difference of 166 degrees.

No cracking noises, no clicking noises, and no the steamer didnt get it off either so I had to go get a lemon to finish the job. /emoticons/smile.png)

How are you getting on with the hot system @Green Pro Clean Ltd, how much gas are you getting through, any problems with connections etc?

Only connection issue I had was the hot water connector to hose reel, upgraded that section of hose to 'food grade heavy duty' solved problem.

All working fine, look back through thread I forget the exact number of customers but I posted it previously.

Only other issue is as the hose expands with the hot water it pushes the reel apart so I stripped off all the hose put the reel back together nice and snug and used about 12 large zip ties to secure it to stop it pushing apart again.

So all in all whoever has this neat setup fitted would they recommend it ?? I like the thought of getting it sign written on the van about the hot water system , seems to me like it would be more of a seller for custom

Yes it is, works well for me, you also mention HOT and they like it, the old hot water cleans bttter than cold marketing /emoticons/wink.png
