Ladders secure?

yep that is a good idea and at £15 a pop for ladder mitts i know what i will be doing if i lose em...which i probably will...or they will hit me on the head...as i shut my ladder and forget they are on...

lol I just bought ladder mits the other day, I must admit as annoying as they are to put on and off they make sense having them i dont slide on the sills and I dont damage them /emoticons/smile.png best thing Ive bought for a while. I leave them on all day and I put them on while the ladders are still on the van sorted.

Yep, my mitts are just permenantly left on the ladder. I always leave the top section is extended a rung high so they never need come off.

I've started using the clamps in the foot well idea, and it works a treat. I never loose them in the van in between jobs. and its almost impossible to forget them.
