Hi guys

New to pressure washing and just bought a 21lpm machine brand new, now I am dealing with the company but wanted to pick your brains.
Since brand new out the box the pump oil has ****** out the bleed valve.
Company sent a new bleed valve out ASAP but just replaced it and after running for 5 minutes it had done the same.
Any ideas what the issue maybe.

Not sure what you mean by bleed valve , is it over full with oil ? If it is it will blow it out of the filler or some ware else
looking at the picture again ime sure it’s got to much oil in it and it’s blowing it out of the filler check the dip stick or sight gauge if sight gauge it should be half way up the window when on level ground

Hi paul, thanks for the swift reply, turns out the manufacturers have sent bleed valves (top nut to equalise pressure) that are too tall, swapped for a short original one they used to come with.. Bingo... I think ?
