Smokey window? help please

I have just picked up a store front that used to have branding stuck all over one window. It was taken off a long time ago but you can see a major difference where the stickers used to be.

Its not sticky and you cant feel any difference. Any ideas on how to or even if its possible to fix?

Had the same on a matalan store that opened a few years back , one pane was misty and had writing on it even though it was a new panel, the paste didn't work and they ended up having to renew it it was 18ft by 5 ft and cost the building company £4000 to replace

Hey there, when we used to detail vans they would always have 'ghosting' where the old decals had been.

I have never tried it on glass but got perfect results on vehicles. May be worth a shot.
