I'm sorry but I don't get it. Your title say "Oh no got to price this up", but this is but a small job compared to others you do? Sounds to me like you ought to have the expertise to price this correctly...

Yes its it’s smaller than what we already do but is far more awkward and as such will take longer to do if we have to get access to each room who knows how long it will take , that’s why I was asking for ones views ,I thought others might do jobs with access issues like this to give me some idear of time scale compared to a normal job
