Shoulder aches/burn or neck?

WCF

Help Support WCF:

Since I started to go the gym I'm having less pain in my shoulders. Lighter pole also helps, plus I like to have 15 minutes rest after every £50 let's say, problem is when you get that fascia+gutter pvc clean, then it's hard to tell yourself to stop, and I normally get bad aches the day after.

When I first started I would get really bad burning sensation down the centre of my back but then i was used to sitting on me bum in a office for the last 12yrs now 1year and just over 2stone lighter I'm fine most days with the occasional ache in the arms. One thing thats has stayed with me though is my fingers get pins and needles fairly often even when I wake up in the morning after a good nights sleep. Does any one else suffer from this?
Yeah I get that too, I hang my hands down out of the bed and it goes. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
