Evening all , I have a small firm that takes on smaller window cleaners as sub contractors. Essentially we do all the work regarding marketing , admin ect and outsource the work to those who are struggling to find it.

We have a small Team at the minute and we’re struggling to expand the team. Just wanted to double check here and see if anyone can offer advice as to what I could do to make our offer more enticing ?

As a small cleaner what would you really be looking for in our company ?

All the best

This almost sounds contradictory, you claim that your company does everything and all a "small cleaner" needs to do is turn up and do the job. What more could you do for them?

A list of areas where you have this alleged work and how much you can pay on a daily / hourly rate might get some response, otherwise I doubt anyone would reply

We are trying to get expand geographically , as of yet there is no work in these areas. Once additional freelancers are added to the team we will start the sales process in those areas.

They pick where and when they work , we specialise in luxury homes so we pay £20-30 per job ( £30 ph ish).

What I mean to say is what else can we offer to gain trust ? Do you think this pay is adequate ? What would be your biggest concern when considering this kind of work ? We aim to provide a quality service while helping out the smaller guys.
