thank you! Some will be subbed out. I subbed out 10 sites in Surrey in thread on here, so please look out for future posts. It is nationwide.Landing a 3 year contract after just 2 months is pretty impressive. You must have the knack of knowing how to pitch. Selling yourself as well as your company is a big asset. So, will you do all the work yourself or subby some of it out? What I mean is it all local to you? Very well done BTW /emoticons/smile.pngMy biggest achievement is getting a 3 year contract for a 2 day quarterly job when I'd only been in business for 2 months /emoticons/biggrin.png
Brillant stuff steve! i agreed with you from the start and you have proved all the doubters wrong!Yes it was related. It is sensible to see people in the flesh to get a feel for them. These big companies have standards. If they are not met, I am jeopardising the contract. Training is not just ''how to clean a solar panel". As I have said before, it is about marketing, pricing, health and safety, the kit, knowing how panels work and importantly, the pitch.
If you go in half baked, they will find you out. There were people £'000's cheaper than me, but they went with me because I brought a PACKAGE to the table and bought their confidence. My 3 years of research has paid me handsomely.
I cannot manage all of the big contracts that will arise in the next few years, but you guys can, if you know how. That's what the training day would all be about. I am more than willing to share my 3 years of research, not how to clean a panel, but on the industry, but it will not be for free. A training day makes good business sense for all parties.
