What Do You Charge For A Bog Standard 3 Bed House

WCF

Help Support WCF:

+1, you cant have it both ways.why should you charge more for the same service a good trad cleaner provides if you both do exactly the same quality job? and the fact that you can get soo much more done in a day wfp should surely mean you can price cheaper.

just because you decided you want expensive equipment to make your life easier/increase profits doesnt mean its right or fair to pass those costs on to the customer.

having said all that if your customers are happy to pay it then thats cool, good luck to you, but it will be hard justifying it when they realise they can get the same job done to the same quality for half the price
I was going to do an in depth reply, but tbh i really cant be arsed. It would be a waste of my time.

im in essex too, and yh for the house in the pic id charge 12-15, but tbh the OP was 'a bog standard 3 bed house' that pic isnt a bog standard 3 bed house, as its double bays. for an average flat fronted 3 bed round here id charge between 8-12
Where abouts in Essex mate? Yeah for an average 3 bedroomed house it'd b less, I would go as low as £8 but would agree between £10-£12

Came across 3 bed house yesterday with porch and conservatory £7.50 thats cheap, lady window cleaner from kirkby in ashfield doing it

all 3 bed houses arnt the same, ive got 3 bed houses that r anything up to an hour withe big conserv and i charge 25.00 and if i move down to another estate do another 3 bed and thats 8.00 but that will take no longer than 10/15 minutes and thats with porch lean to

seems i offended you, but my post raises valid points, at the very least issues of debate, and tbh i think i worded it fairly and in a non offensive manner, even conceding the fact that its your business and its up to you, good luck etc. but yh if giving a decent reply is a waste of your time then it would probably be a waste of mine to read it

just down the road from you in Basildon mate
and now back on topic, i think most on here would charge between 8-15 quid for the average 3 bed house, agreed?

You haven't offended me at all LMAO  I just cannot be arsed with debates on prices, especially in a traditional forum when we am WFP. You probably work from a car and are traditional, we cannot compete with one man bands.

I don't know if you have a car/van work from the boot with plastic boxes, have 17 vans and a massive head office and tbh I don't care.

Running WFP vanS is expensive, just last week I had an extreme pole stepped on, And its gonna cost about £300 to fix. I got the pole for a bargain price, but now its scrap.

We was soft on prices for years, we offer an excellent service and charge accordingly now.

Look at the title of the thread, i gave what we would charge. I gave the prices based on that picture.

If you think the prices are expensive or its wrong we charge more for wfp/trad then so what. You run your ship, i will run mine.

Yep agreed mate! Of course as a lot of people are saying it depends on a few different things, but as an average 8-15 is where we'd b at!

lol, mate please stop with the 'i run my business you run yours' ****, as i said in my 1ST reply to you on this thread, 'if it works for you then great, good luck'also you go on about how you offer an excellent service, well good for you, but so do i, and so does alot of other trad cleaners so why should you charge more for the same quality of service and job, just because you chose expensive equipment, so what if you stood on one of your poles and its gonna cost you x amount, why should your customers foot the bill for that?

this is a forum and if you dont like hearing other peoples opinions then why are you here?

anyway, reply what you will, im done with this thread
