Yes thy can be, mopeds are very dangerous, so long as you do your safety checks you should be ok though.

Check my oil and its got bits in it from the gasket change so Gona have to flush the system

Well his big bike is properly cheap than mine, simply because of demand. Not hard to get a cbt and commute to work, its a lot harder to get a full motorbike license for fun lol

Been busy cleaning:

Stripped fairing off and steam cleaned as well as a full detail and oil change and re lubed the chains

5.5 hours all in, not to bad lol

So was my younger brother, who owns it. It may have been made before 1990 thinking about it, it was imported from Japan to UK in 1990, its a grey import so may not have been new. It's done 66000,km which is a fair amount for a sports bike
