I still dont get how anybody can sell a round when all it is they are selling is good will. If customers don't like you for whatever reason they can tell you to **** off. They also decide who they want to clean their windows not the other way around surely?

yes I did loose cutomers to start with but in say two years doubled my work

Be open and Honest with them and tell them straight they are poor customers (remaining polite and keep your dignity) - then at least if any of us pick them up they may then be better trained and more respectful. I always say that in life we should keep genuinely friendly with all people, you never know when your paths may cross in the future.
