Big head, stretching the legionaries hat

Haha, yeh. One size fits all (supposed to) hat. Dunno how they work that out, that one size can fit any head. Ejuts Anyhoo, was only a cheapy, but I wanted one with the neck covering so i got a legionair hat. fits, but bit tight. So ive soaked it, rung it out and found the biggest saucepan it would only just fit over, and forced it over it. will leave it and see how it goes. a proper saucepan head. Shame they cant fit good like one of these probably would - ?‍. Mind you, bit warm, and no neck protection.

Anyone else got a big head and tried this hat stretching method? worth a try.

I can't find a saucepan big enough, probably need to try it with a wok ?
