the customers will not know you they will know him. Just get the list of customers . find out when they were last cleaned then get the other chaps who work for you to clean them . Go round with a worker who will be doing them and explain what he has done . Hopefully they will stick with you . Or simply just clean them before he does Refreshing payment details

The only thing you can do really is speak to all the customers and tell them what he is doing, if they are decent people they will probably drop him and be angry at him for doing that to you. Or they may really like the guy and want him to do them. Nothing at all you can legally unless he had a non compete clause in his contract and even then its very thin ground. But hes wasnt employed so nope guess thats just one of the risks you take when employing along with all the other risks.
