Glandular Fever

Of course first thing I tried lol. Been on slimming world for months lol.

Well I lost 7lbs in 7 days just having this bluming thing, so I can afford to eat ice cream now lol.

To be honest it didn't work though and still hurt as I swallowed.got some good new medicine today which seems to be doing a better job and is in liquid form.

Finally recovering, back to office job tomorrow, will still be a couple weeks before back on manual (cars/windows)

Yea my brother suffered from it when he was younger, think he was in his teens and it kept reoccuring I didnt want to say anything really, but it might come back. Dont know CNS, just remember my mum was aware that my brother had GF quite often. His sounded quite mild compared to what you have gone through

I found best thing wa to take liquid nuerofen and liquid antibiotics they have me and just get out and about in the fresh air and then get sleep when ever tired.

Sitting at home on the sofa just made it worse!
