Made an online order from Daqua today.

Ordered usual 10 inch pre filters. Also ordered 20 inch filter for a mate.

Got a phone call from them shortly after to check I hadn't made a mistake ordering the 20 inch ones as I only order 10 inch in the past.

Quality customer service there.
