HI nick666 I have too much work and my wife doesnt want to move, which I can understand, dreams can come true tho:thumbsup:

A porn star

I fancied becoming a locksmith and did it after 10+ years of window cleaning, but after a couple years of lockie work and getting good enough to get a full time job which i only did for 6 mo this before quitting to go back the windows.

I still like locks a lot and see them as man toys  ive got hundreds in the shed all boxed up

Window cleaning is a lot less stressful and uncomplicated, better hours by far and something good about seeing all ir regulars every month. Im working on building my perfect round of customers, well priced and gd payers. While i was working as a full time locksmith i still kept some of my fav round going on my days off and now i have some roads ive been doing for 17 years, hard to give it up.

Done lots of diffeent jobs, but the only one I regret quiting was my window cleaning round almist 4 years ago. But ive decided that come the new year im setting myself up again part time, then if I can ill look to go full time. Loved it, I got seduced by "easier money" and ended up letting the windows go :puke:

This weekend I intend hunting out the trolley and back pack to make sure they work still, then sort through all my trad gear to see what needs replacing.

The reason I'm saying I'm going to restart in the new year is I think folk will be less inclined to take on a window cleaner this time of year. Oh and the small mater of selling my car and buying a van lol

High rise crane operator. There's a development going up down the road from us and I just stop and stare at this thing working. Great views that only you can see and peace and quiet. I'd have to take a wee wee bag up with me though.
