Sounds like a prison workout tolishI'm purely focused on bodyweight now. Dips, pullups, and working towards a 1leg squat at the moment. I used to be able to do 1 arm pushups but I havent dared try since I injured my shoulder a few years back. I'mgoing to workmyway back to that as well as handstand pushups as I miss doing those too.
