As much as you can get would be the correct answer as clearing guttering is dangerous work.

I did a small 2 storey end terraced earlier which included gutter clearing by hand from a ladder, gutter & fascia cleaning using wfp & pure water plus side cladding on porch and a free window clean .

How much would you have quoted for that bearing in mind it was for an oap?

There you go you had a good idea after all Shaun :Image9:

I always confirm with the prospect what they actually need doing on a quote as gutter cleaning can be misinterpreted.

So for that one I charged

Gutter clearing front & back £55

Outside of guttering & fascias cleaned (also soffits but not on this one) £55

Same day booking discount - £10 & a free window clean Total = £100

Anyhow was a straight forward job so I charged accordingly and may add I try not to rip ppl off as some may think. :Image13:

I have a very small window cleaning round and want to keep it that way to be honest Shaun as just cleaning windows everyday would do my head in. I'm lucky as have built up a good reputation in my area as an exterior deep cleaning specialist so most new business comes from recommendations, existing customer and new enquiries through the website.
May I add most new jobs I do customers already have a regular window cleaner so their lose my gain. :Image9:
