New window cleaner basing business off bashing wfp

RSI occurs in all trades including trad and wfp window cleaning. The most common long term effects of trad window cleaners is knackered knee joints, back, shoulder, wrist and hand issues all down to repetitive strain on the body.

Friend of mine works on a PC all day, his wrist is completely shagged and he has problems with his fingers as well.

Exactaly, i am not sure how you would tackle this though. When i was cleaning i often had a good old chat to both wfp and traditional cleaners. One day it even happened that in a row there was me a trad next door and another wfp next door to him. We all got along, like you say though using that has his marketing campaign is not helpful at all. I really dont know how you can tackle it really.

he probley got a lot of stick as there is lots of fb groups if he posted it on any of the main ones like (wc uk) (waggers world)(wc world wide) ect he would have bin torn apart an spat out posting that

Wagga is a prime example of the hundreds of experienced trad window cleaners that also use wfp now.

Trad ladder work is **** compared to wfp work. The only thing you get is a very tight bum hole when the ladder starts to slip or if you are very unlucky follow through. Then follows the aerobics in slow motion trying to land on your feet at the bottom. I should know I've been there /emoticons/biggrin.png

I prefer trad and it works for me but am also sorting a home made trolley when i get back to make the dangerous jobs easier

Like my trad. Always have. Will stay with it until my legs tell me to stop climbing my ladder.

On the original post I've also read many wfp people (not on here) doing just what that blokes doing.

Things like no more adders digging in yer grass. Ladders scraping your PVC ect so although over the top a bit he's just doing what he can to promote his business. Ignore it & just get on. If you do a goo job they will stick with you.

i do luv a bit of trad but wfp is my main tool of choice as its safer quicker an does a beta job 99.9 percent of the time when used proply an also windows stay cleaner for longer having said that i clean a big buss shelter it take 13 minits trad an it take 13 minits wfp lol but its a hell of a lot easer wfp its the set up time that out ways the time so trad can b quicker on small houses but on big ones there is no contest

Ha ha. Only because I don't think once you've usd a wfp you will want a van mount. I've used it for 2 years & have never even thought of getting one. I'm more worried I gave the daddy a dislike to (smurf). I just love trad.
