They do definitely work better once the edge wears a little to the angle you work

I just bought a heap of Razr rubber for my liquidators and finds it skips and drags a bit on the glass a bit, tried different combinations, more soap, less soap but still the same, hoping it wears in...or could be that I'm a newbie

Make sure it's cut absolutely flush with the tips. You'll find the drag should go after 2 or 3 panes. Extra slip and if you're fanning don't overlap into the dry by too much.

Thanks, works a bit better now. Just getting some very faint lines but they evaporate very quickly.
