shoulder injury

I've been weight training regularly for nearly 7 years now and it seems to have stopped any shoulder aggro in its tracks.i also work short hours with very light hi mod poles.....I also don't do too many add ons these days.im 51 years of age now and I've never been stronger which helps massively with this job IMO.
I found weights helped a bit but hanging for a minute twice a day is a lot better
Sorts shoulder out quickly and also back issues
I couldn’t not do it daily now
 
In the last paid job I ever had, every morning all staff had to go to a tool box meeting, part of the meeting was 15 mins of a range of stretches. Helped reduce site injuries. All injuries were tracked in H&S software so management knew it worked.
