Help Support WCF:

which one is the V5?
V5 is your registration document.

The problem with not knowing is a serious one on many counts. First off if you are overloaded then the brakes will not slow you down as quick as they should or you could overheat them and have very little brakes available when needed. Then you have what happens in an accident:  if you are overloaded you insurance is invalid so in the event of an accident the 3rd party could come after your house!!!! Then you could get pulled over and fined for being overweight.

When you get the V5 back you should see something like: Mass in service, The Mass in Running Order (MIRO), or kerbweight. They are the weight without the load. So then just deduct the V5 figure from the 2185kg on the plate. That gives you your payload.
