sorry paul' i forgot to mention about vertical surfaces, it works fine for me upto about 18 foot - your washer may well be better though, pre wetting on say a normal 5 metre wide wall would take say three mins allowing to go back and fourth twice then apply the mix, rinsing is just as quick, its no good for roofs whatsoever but for walls and driveways and paths it would speed up the job a great deal hence me not worrying about the cost of benz
