I deal directly with Lovells and we have an agreement for a monthly clean on their site where i live, 2 new sites that are starting at the end of the year one a 5yr build site and 1 a 4year build site, and possibly 2 ither sites that have 3yrs of building left.

Each site can be anywhere between 1 and 15 plots per month,
Thats well handy. I guess Holts a bit up and coming though? Theres some massive 2000 home estates going up here at martlesham and ipswich, but dozens of cleaners will be up for them.

Its not much, £65. The 'funniest' bit is it was a one-off as they needed someone to clean the show homes for an event. Turns out my mate whos a window cleaner does them regularly every 2 weeks, and last time out they accidently paid him twice? yet im still waiting.

I'm thinking about maybe turning up with him to help him clean and waiting to see the look on the guys face when he works it out?

Looks good. Did you play with an app or website to design it yourself? If so what app or site? Cheers

Don't forget picys when you get it back ?
Told the guy at sign writters what i wanted and budget and he came up with design, i tweaked it and he sent a new proof, i tweaked it again and he sent 3rd proof and good to go, being done Friday 21st

What’s people’s opinions on having Free quotes, on van? I would personally do without it ,

I think it encourages people to ask for a quote. I doubt any one would pay for a window cleaning quote ?

Actually looking at it I might raise the email and mobile number to be inline with the 'Fully insured' line but I am no graphic designer.

I personally don't bother. No prospect customer has ever asked or assumed I might charge for a quote. Why would they? I've never heard of anyone charging for a quote and I doubt if anyone would be willing to pay for one.

I used to have, fully insured on my signwriting for a very short time but I took it off fairly rapidly. I thought it sent the message "We're rough as f.. K but don't worry we're insured to put it right".I also thought, I don't want customers to be thinking we just capitulate to insurance claims they might make against us, I'd rather it not enter their heads. We have insurance of course but we hope never to make a claim on it as they would use it as an excuse to ramp up the premiums, probably permanently. I use as much of the canvas of van size as possible to show our logo, what we do and how to contact us. It's a difficult one as we all see things our own way, and rightly so.

I do think H's signwriting looks very smart, though.

Some great points and im taking them onboard.

Gonna do away with 'fully insured' & 'free quotes' and replace with

   Gutters - Fascias - Soffits

Solar Panels - Conservatorys

I would just have it simple

window cleaning , it’s all good doing the extra jobs when you don’t have full days cleaning windows , but soon as your full with windows why would you want todo any extras ? Easier just cleaning windows alone and still make same amount of money

That’s my view yours could be different and their isn’t any right or wrong way ,
