Just use the menu mate on the page, water fed poles/pheonix
Personally after reading about that top piece breaking on 2 different poles by 2 different users on the forum I'd be holding back, shame as these were the poles I was looking at but when they sort that maybe.

I wanted to try the facelift for their clamps.. I decided to go for the slx tho, glad I did!!

Hopefully facelift can resolve the end section issue and bring out longer than the 26'

I have an old facelift (18 months old) 27ft fiber glass and its fine. Don't use it now, got it for a spare as then when on to ionics until I tried the gardiner pole.

It a shame - we've had a very small number of the plastic end adapters break on the Phoenix, most of them were from users adapting them to fit Aquadapters by drilling through the fittings (drills tend to have that effect on things!).

We've since had a redesign of the parts and are shipping out the first lot today, pretty sure that the issue has been resolved. We are dedicated to producing the best products out there for window cleaners and won't stop with improvements in pursuit of perfection! Apart from this we've had an overwhelming response that the Phoenix is the best WFP our customers have used and we are just getting started!

No offence H but you've only tried Gardiners so can't say which is better.

Haha! Yes we have a few Gardiners poles here, along with every other make out there.....

The reason we came out with the Phoenix range was because we saw a need to improve the current poles available on the market. If we though for one second Gardiners, Ionics, etc had made the best pole possible why would we bother? - there is more than enough choice out there, but the cream always rises as they say! There are always ways to make things better.

Don't no how true this is, but was talking to my supplier today about facelift poles, and he recons it's the same old pole just with some modifications... Still would like to try 1, they look the bit. I have an old facelift pole 18 months old that I keep as a spare before I moved on to ionics. Not a bad fiber glass pole (facelift).

Would like to try before I buy.

I'm guessing your supplier doesn't stock Phoenix poles to say that!

It's a total redesign with new tooling, etc, 50% shorter clamp along with other design features. The only thing the same about it is we've gone with the vertical clamp over lateral (sideways) as pretty much every new pole out there is a lateral clamp. We feel the vertical clamp has a lot more advantages over the lateral (easier, nicer and quicker to use) and a lot of people are finding this out.

He doesn't, it's what got told to him. Not saying I believed what he had to say. Like Chinese whispers. Must say the poles do look nice. What's the difference in weight compared to Gardiner or ionics, 27ft clx?

Currently the Phoenix range goes up to 26ft extended, but the shortest closed length pole on the market to reach that high and weights approx 1400g, the longer poles sizes are in the testing phase and will be released soon.
