when started only used 30ft glyder all day, left arm & chest suffered pain

changed pole to 22ft full carbon hayho pain went what a difference, so buy proper gear and dont pay twice

Insulating one loft is ls probably comparable to water fed poling (fibre glass) for hundreds of years. Guess some people just react differently. Get some nice gloves. My hands crack badly with cement and lime, always wear gloves when handling an irritant now.
