Hi guys first commercial quote so stuck on a price and how often it needs cleaning.  Shop is on a busy road

Weekly cleaning but you would be best asking them how often they want them doing. £15 for the outsides only. Treat it like a house, ask them how often they want them done.

Agree with P4 find out the frequency or clean and whether it is inside or outside. Exterior personally I would be going £20 quid for that, £20 if weekly & £25 if bi weekly, 20 plus glass panels plus frames right there hard to judge from pic how open to the elements it is? I do some very similar and the light grey frames show up everything. Well worth £20 imo. Also Coffee shops equals loads of hand prints inside, cleaning stuff like this every week for decades now and the interior is always tedious.

Thanks Daniel, I've priced it at £20 every 2 weeks just the outsides they want cleaning, also just got asked to price up a Jewish school, it's an old big house with about 40 windows and 3 storey high. I've got my prices for residential, just not good at pricing up commercial yet.

You need to factor in travel time also if it's a 10-minute drive to the job and a 5-10 minute drive to your next job plus setting up etc depending on those factors also you want £20-25  I do a shop front half the size of that one for £11 every 2 weeks and I pull up straight outside and wfp the lot

 Cheers iron giant, ye it's a few minutes from my house and I can pull up right outside it. I've agreed a price of £20 every 2weeks
