Were did you buy the orange bit what hose goes threw ? I have seen metal winch on ebay thats sorted .Also did u have any bother with hose curling near winch thanks

Citroen Dispatch - not the very latest model but the one from 2007 to 2016. The system is now about 5 years old.

This isn't my van. It belongs to another cleaner on the other forum who posted his roller system. This is the second van he fitted the system to.

Just put 2 of orange winch on a vauxhall combo van works a treat with gardiners green 100 metre pole hose been used going threw winches .Found that 8mm reel hose was to thick to go threw rollers[emoji2]

just drill a hole in the side of you van , fit a water filler cap and off you go no need for rollers

How does that work ? Surely it's at waist height and people would trip over it going across pavements etc ? Not a criticism just intrested to see how it works

I'm currently fitting one to my van, but agree I might have to buy the 6mm hose I think it is? 9mm too big.

yes we have them on all vans and on both sides as were running two man set ups , some of the lads put two poles on when working single as there just pull up anyside and crack on that way

why would they trip over it ? it drops to the floor when it sticks out , you less likely to trip over this then a hose reel sat on the floor . if your so worried about people tripping over hoses may I point you toward a ladder and a bucket , as it doesn't matter where it pokes out of the van how many signs you have out once they fall they fall and it will be your fault

My hose is fixed on top of my tank which is probably higher than the hole on noddy's van and hose just drops to the floor Once you have pulled it a few feet.

we don't fasten the poles to the roof just make sure the brush is tooked under the roof rack ( brisles on the roof , stock under the rack ) this is why we have full racks not just bars on the roof , my vans use to always see the wrong side of a 100mph with it set up like this and they never moved befoure we had them limited down to 60mph and I would of said they vans have cover well over 600k like this

I will get a pic of how the other lads hook them on tomorrow as I pic is better then words as one guy hocks them on side ways then warp the hose over the top

the reels are faced the the sides I will get a pic
