Haha! I'm trying to credit my quip as a D G original. But the chances are it's triggered from hearing it somewhere in the past. I can't be sure. ?

Just a quick update. The ice packs definitely seem to be working!! The discomfort is definitely reducing, not perfect yet but lots better already. Thanks very much for the advice.
