Gutter vac:Carbon or Ali

From your experience, would you recommend the carbon or Ali poles, for GVSanther

I've got the ali poles and they are fantastic. Really tough and I think they are the lightest metal poles on the market. Plus they are shorter then the carbon ones. Can't speak for the carbon ones as I have Nether used them.

The gvs ali poles are 4ft and they fit between the bulkhead and my tank (just) width ways in a 2019 Peugeot Partner.
I find them fine for odd gutter jobs although they do make your hands cold not sure if that's the same with carbon?

The carbon poles are probably colder as the freezing cold air rushing down them transfers the cold quicker than the thicker aluminium
