Managed to sort insurance with Alexander Swann they couldn't have been more helpful and the cost was just as cheap as the cancelled policy, I wasn't happy the other company cleft me high and dry I literally had to stop working to sort insurance not good when I was already out working

I'm surprised you got insurance with them. I tried them after seeing them at the cleaning show many years ago "We specialise in insuring window cleaners" or some such tosh. They wouldn't entertain any tank system that wasn't "professionally installed" ie by Ironics, swindon. No negotiation, just no. Haven't bothered them since

The tank is bolted through the chassis with the proper ionics feet using the bolts supplied
