During the month I'm ask to help out on a trad round with work that can't be reached with a ladder usual stuff windows above con roofs, high dorma windows and con roofs. Work carried out on hourly rate and a full none stop day, does anyone do similar.

Yeah, all the time. If the jobs too big we often work together on it. I also ask others to help me, especially with semi high ladder work as I only have an 2x9 ladder.
